Flight Level Logbook™ offers pilots unprecedented flexibility and mobility in tracking flight time and equipment use history.
Beginning with a database that provides smoother operation and more seamless mobile device integration, the program enhances ease of use and flexibility. Specific changes made as a result of feedback from FlightLevel's customer base include:
- New columns of information and the grouping of columns into related "bands"
- Enhanced filtering capabilities
- Improved reporting
- Additional pilot currency information
- Expanded mobile device program.
Major Grid Enhancements
The main grid has been enhanced with several new columns and features.
Grid columns are now grouped within related bands (e.g., Tail Number and
Model Number columns grouped together under the Aircraft band) to provide
a more logical arrangement of information, and to enable easy scanning of
data. Columns can also be moved and rearranged within a band, and bands
can be moved and rearranged within the grid, to allow pilots to display
information according to individual preferences.
New Filtering Capabilities
Filters can now be defined and saved for reuse, easing the ability to
track and print specific information on a regular basis. All aircraft category, class and characteristics can be used in a filter, along with
all tags and flight time columns.
Pilot Information and Currency
The pilot information and currency function in FlightLevel enables tracking
of personal information, ratings and currency data such as medical,
BFR and instrument competency for multiple pilots (i.e., multiple currencies
can be defined and saved for reuse). A new opening screen pop up can be
enabled to show currency expirations, and currencies can be defined as either
a minimum requirement of a limit for use with duty time
